Fast and Reliable Sofa Delivery

We offer a full installation service across the island of Ireland for £49. This includes delivery, placement in a room of your choice and the removal of all packaging.

All lead times are given in good faith and are approximate. The goods will be taken to the room of your choice, provided it is possible and the delivery team consider it safe to do so. If, for reasons beyond our control, we need to re-deliver your goods, an additional fee will apply (£49).

What to Expect on the Day of Delivery

Our Customer Care team will contact you when your items are ready for delivery and book a day that suits you.

Our delivery team will give you a call on the morning of delivery before 10 am and provide you with a time slot. We ask that you please clear the room and pathway to the room for delivery in advance.

Not ready for your delivery? Don't worry; we can hold stock FREE of charge for up to 7 days. If you cannot accept the delivery within 7 days, then we will be entitled to cancel your order and retain 20% of the order value to cover associated costs.

Please notify us at least 24 hours before the delivery of any delivery amendments. An amendment may lead to an increase in lead time.

Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. All goods are deemed accepted 7 days after delivery.

In the unlikely event, we are unable to complete the delivery of your goods, we will be entitled to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.

Delivery Partners

The majority of deliveries will be completed by our own dedicated Sofatime fleet. When we’re unable to fulfil an order ourselves, we will use a third party provider. We always aim to make the delivery experience as seamless as possible for you, and when necessary, contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.

Delivery Support

Every effort is made to ensure that an approximate delivery date is quoted, however on rare occasions delays can occur due to fabric, leather or components being unavailable at the manufacturer and this delay must be accepted due to the fact that any delay is simply beyond our control. We will notify you to arrange delivery of your goods as soon as they arrive, Space at our premises is limited and goods cannot be stored for any longer than 7 days. Should your delivery remain at our warehouse longer than 7 days £75 per week storage fee’s will apply. The goods will be taken to the room of your choice, provided it is possible, and the delivery team consider it safe to do so. Please ensure the delivery route and room are cleared in advance. Should we need to re-deliver to your home an additional fee will apply (£49). Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified on the order and any changes to a delivery address must be supported by documentary evidence. You must notify us 72 hours prior to delivery of any delivery amendment.
